At AuraFragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, as we cannot accept damaged or used products.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
